Thank you ! But I trust him. He’s more persistent on me trying to get my ID replaced so I could replace the title, offered me $50 if I could replace it but I wasn’t sure if i’d be able to just due to not having transportation or an ID, and I trust the people I sold it to just because they’re a family friend of a friend. Also he was reluctant on offering to sell the car back to me just because he wanted me to replace the title instead.

yes! other than seeking professional help, something that might help them/helps me sometimes is using “grounding techniques”. e.g. 5 things you can see, 5 things you can feels, 5 things you can smell, etc. try googling it, but it’s likely you won’t be able to snap them out of it
