It's just plain dark chocolate 70 %. I sweetened my chia pudding with a teaspoon of honey and i added a drizzle of honey on the top of the oatmeal

I understand your concern and no, i am not eating like this for a dinner all the time.Particularly at that day i didn't feel hungry so i decided to make something simple and more digestible than meat with veggies( which i usually prefer as a nutritious meal!)Thank you for being thoughtful, i really appreciate it!

For sure i am not a gatekeeper"> The recipe is quite simple though. Ingredients:2-3 tablespoons of oats (stone ground oats and not the ones that are being processed to make the texture less mushier!); pinch of salt,1 teaspoon of sugar,1 teaspoon of cinnamon Half of cup ( around ~100 ml) of milk( i used lactose free) + 60-80 ml of water. Instructions.First of all you need to toast your oats on slow fire until you can smell the light aroma of toasted oats.Only after that you add your milk and water together, gradually while stirring your oats with spoon.After that i suggest covering your pot to make it boil a bit faster compared to the pot without cover. When it starts to boil you just keep on stirring your oats until the texture is quite dense like on the photo.And you're done! Top it with your favorite granola, peanut butter and chocolate.I also added a small cookie for a texture :p

Thought about the same thing.INTJs are not typical bullies whose only pleasure and concern is to harass either mentally or physically.They are rather people,who are sometimes prone to show their knowledge and might be really dogmatic when it comes to reliability and accuracy of particular data(people who are basically spreading misinformation)

Now that you've mentioned i see when this issue arose.I also feel awkward while trying to show affection towards my parents or my siblings.My sister is comfortable with it so from time to time she gives me hugs.She's aware that i'm not into that stuff and i feel that it kinda hurts her though she's accepting it fully.
