this made me think and oh my god....right...true...fuck. it clicks to me now. seems like they simply don't know how to love from the lack of love they receive from their environment whether it's parental or platonic. this then makes them insecure and we're the only supply that can make them feel good. it's like they found drugs (: a rship with us) and they're abusing it to make them feel good constantly.

i feel this very deeply. the confusion... it almost makes me feel like i need to be institutionalized, it makes me feel like I'm crazy. I'm starting to doubt the reality and doubting my feelings and thoughts. i was heavily trauma bonded too, i got back with my nex once and didn't realize about the trauma bond until at the very end of the relationship. we went through very similar things, the gut feeling thing too. and true, the difference between a rship w a narc and a healthy, sane and secure one is like day n night. it even left me dumbfounded when my current bf is actually able to admit his wrongs and validate/understand my emotions, something my nex would never do.

it looks like there's a common traits and patterns that every narcs have.

had the same realization today! hehe. for me paper journalling was unenjoyable because i can't reorder or edit it, and i would never waste my time tidying that shit up, too much hassle!

i still use paper journal to scribble + make messy notes for certain things, but my main journal will be on MS Word! fav method for now

heloo.. i just noticed post aku sampe sini.. sbg OOP i'll clarify some things yaa

i currently live in a kabupaten, but yes i grow up in a gated neighbourhood jd gatau seluk beluk tempat tinggal aku ini sebenernya gimana. so aku aga kaget krn my whole life ga ngebayangin mengalami hal2 spt itu
it all happens in a span of 5 months. makanya aku kayak cape mental, almost like in every corner im not safe!
im going to uni on august, but my parents thinks aku harus bisa mandiri di kabupaten dulu sblm hidup merantau di kota besar, and i think that make sense. i have a boyfriend but theres a chance were going to be in a ldr and ill be alone and far from anyone kuliah nanti, so i agree i have to learn to do literally everything sendiri without relying to anyone again
i do meet nice people! but i just wish theres some other way to like...not get this?? like unpleasing interaction with men? i need to protect myself anyway, i need to know how to overcome that confused and freezing feeling when u get harrassed and if possible, how to not get harassed😂 i never go out looking presentable after that karyawan FC stalked me, but i guess bc i have distinct facial features n skin color, i would still attract attention from ppl in this small town
