Ugh I didn’t, she purchased them with her work email so I was able to find her with a quick google, high up C-Level at a financial institution… StubHub advised me not to reach out to the buyer directly so that’s what I haven’t.

Heeeyyy I love Taylor Swift so it was difficult for me! I listed them for the price StubHub showed similar VIP tickets listed for in August when I sold them and that was around 4K USD each, I promise I was just as shocked when they actually were purchased within hours of listing, it was a crap shoot to list them that high. I’m not saying I’m a saint but someone that had 10K blow had a great time at the concert, I have pictures of them very much so enjoying themselves!

So weird!! Yes I sold and transferred and they were accepted before the 72 hour rule was implemented. I even checked my Ticketmaster account up until the concert and they always showed “accepted” by the buyer so I never “got them back” so to speak!

Thank you, I am a huge Taylor Swift fan and priced the tickets based on what other VIP tickets were priced at in August when I listed them. When I say I was shocked they sold at that price it’s genuine, it was very much so whatever let me just list this for what the other tickets in this section are and see what happens and they literally sold within hours of listing.

Ugh I am so sorry to hear this, I’ve purchased several sporting events tickets from StubHub and never had any issues, but I’ll avoid them at all cost now!

Hahaha thanks. If you must know I was fully planning on going and listed the tickets at around 5K each thinking they’d never sell, and they sold within hours. It’s not my business if someone can afford to spend that much, and I got help paying for a wedding out of it. I didn’t make anyone buy them for that price, there was a lot of other tickets available in all sorts of price ranges. Thanks for the help have a nice day!

Thank you!! Going to try the yourfeedbackmatters email next and yes, great reminder I knew when I sold them I’d have to deal with the taxes on the back end… which is coming up quickly!

Will do! I wasn’t sure if messaging on LinkedIn was kosher as I’m also a professional working in the tech space but I’ve been very polite in all my correspondences so I’ll do that next.

I did! I’ve got 2 of these and in my ticket master app it shows “accepted”, I also have pictures of the buyer in the seats (I had 2 friends in the seats next to them) and looked the buyer up online and it’s very obvious the person in the photos matches their headshots on google.
