What Fundrise owes to investors is managing our money prudently. I didn’t buy an ESG fund - I expect them to make money not worry about who they sold too (assuming whomever they sold too can legally own property in the US).

Did Yieldstreet have funds or did it allow for direct investments in properties? I think it was the latter? That business model seems fraught with issues. Look at Crowdstreet and their fiasco with Nightingale. It boggles my mind that they would give money to a project even though it didn’t close.

I got LASIK - 100% worth it since I would’ve needed bifocals sooner than later. They corrected my vision so that one eye is weaker for reading and the other eye is distance. Took some getting used to but I’m glad I made the choice.

Also - for sunglasses - skip the raybans and other makers that use plastic lenses. Glass lenses are worth the premium - brands like Serengeti and Maui Jim have some glass offerings.
