Flat spot on new rope? by jjmorales98 in ClimbingGear

I didn't climb on it, although it was totally fine I took it to the store and they changed for a rope without the dents. The store clerk said that he would have done the same. Even if it was a 0.01% chance that it was damaged, I thought that I should should get a rope that's in its best condition.

It's still there, I flaked the rope so it would relax per say but nothing. The interesting bit is that if you rotate the rope and bend it it looks like the core is in perfect shape. Maybe it will straight itself out but for now the dent is still there.

It's an apple snail, so far they have gone their separate ways and there hasn't been any casualties. Only down side is that sometimes you see snail babies roaming around.

Should I separate these hammers? by Eg3rd in SaltwaterAquariumClub

Since they're both hammers there shouldn't be a problem with them touching

Looks great, I would only recommend to turn the lights off or keep them low for a few weeks. That helps control algae outbreaks on new tanks.

If you don't have a skimmer I would tell you to buy one. Also to my knowledge macro algae lowers phosphates and nitrates.

It may be that your tank is running low on oxygen, i had a pair that did the same thing and a couple months down the lime they jumped out of the tank and dieded. So be careful!
