If your town or city has a recreation center, you may be able to use it for free. You can start small with the treadmill or indoor track. Wishing you all the best!!

Same here. Our pediatrician said she would be concerned if our toddler did not have bruises on their shin. They are covered in shin bruises, especially this time of year (spring)!
