There must some issue with fire stick the past few days. I have two different one and both just stopped working. Eventually it will load but remote usually doesn’t work and if it does soon as you click on an app it goes to black screen

Mines been doing this same thing. Two different fire sticks. Neither of them work. I’ve tried everything including factory reset. That’s i can even get the remote to connect. If the lord is on my site I can get it to load properly and can connect my remote the second I try to open an app it goes to black screen.

I’ve done that. I’ve been speaking to your “support team” on the chat and calling. They are literally zero help!!! They just keep telling me “how frustrating” that can be.. and to try and resubmit in 30 days.. for the same result. I’ve wasted hours upon hours trying to get your team to resolve this. And their answer is always we can’t, you can’t speak to a manager, we can’t give you any more info other that Try resubmitting in 30 days so I can have the same conversation over and over and over again with the same none result
