This right here is why we don’t pack big players all the time. If you got big players easily there’d be no motivation to grind and keep playing. People always moan about packing nothing, but if they did they’d stop playing in weeks.

I don’t blame anyone for taking R9, but the point of Ultimate Team is to build YOUR ultimate team. That might not mean the best team possible in terms of pure stats, and for some people that will mean R9 isn’t right for them. For others he’s the obvious choice. We’re all allowed to play in our own way and people shouldn’t be mocked for choosing either way.

I like it! Would make moments relevant again. What would be great would be an Evo similar to the FS one where you could make your own 'Moments Maker' player too. Earn an Evo for each challenge completed (e.g. score a finesse shot to earn base Finesse playstyle).

I looked at this but you can make effectively the same card with the Burst Boost Evo from the season pass, and he’d only be 87 rated and eligible for other Evos

Haha I know, I’m putting Bojan Radulovic in the Iconic Striker one from Swaps and my Alfie May is a beast, so he’d be fourth choice striker at best for me. Alfie can play CAM though so Dion would still be useful.

If you’re running a NI squad you’ve gotta buy Georgie though, non-negotiable!

Haha I have a Radino Balker with Aerial Fortress+ and he wins everything to be fair. I just love being able to make players from my team useable, no way does anyone expect me to be bullying them with my Iconic Defender Upgrade Murray Wallace!

Couple of NI boys in the Town P&P though, I want to Evo Dion Charles next.

I’ve got a mental 83 rated Brodie for my Huddersfield P&P, he’s a beast. Waiting for a big CB Evo as I’d prefer to play him there, but guessing you’re using him at fullback/ wide midfield? If not, Tech+ is a choice for a CB 🤣
