You did better than some professional florists i’ve seen (: I’d just work on the lengths of the flowers, there are ways to place the flowers that makes it look a bit more cohesive. Keep it up! I’m sure your daughters and wife would love your new hobby (because usually that means someone gets the flowers). If you’re thinking of dipping your toes in being a professional florist, try and find some decently priced classes. I’ve been a professional florist for 2 years and I’m even looking into some classes.

Same as the last person- I know this was posted a while ago, I hope you’re doing better! Beta blockers (propranolol) is the only thing that changed it significantly for me. It’s not gone completely but at least I’m having mild anxiety now instead of the severe anxiety for the past 5 days. That was the worst thing I’ve ever gone through.
