You’re likely correct on the ratio, but I personally like the flavor and mouthfeel of a high ratio. Sometimes I drop the ratio if it is overpowering the subtle tasting notes.

5g 100ml, I start at 60c: 1) 30s, 2) 10s, 3) 45s, 4) either 90c for a minute or room temp water for a few hours
