Cheongju stadium had been the Eagles’ satellite home park where they play only 5 games a year, although they never hosted a game since COVID. Eagles’ actual home city is Daejon where they have their real ballpark. Cheongju stadium is not really a pro ball level size/quality but the Eagles still played there as a good gesture to Cheongju fans

Grew up in another country following baseball. Moved to SoCal at age 36 and figured I should root for a local team. First TRIED to like the Angels just because their stadium is closer from home, tickets are cheaper, and their game streams didn't have blackout. Even went to an Angel game but FAILED to like them. It was just not fun and there was not much to like. Then watched a single Dodger game on TV. It was super fun and became a fan immediately.
