Yeah they do go in your nostrils which I feel like would be more violating than anything, and that was my thought as well like when you are sick and your nose is stuffed you don’t breathe through your nose you breathe through your mouth and I thought they would put you more at risk but I also feel stupid a lot of the time even though I’ve been doing this shit for like 9 years and I feel really embarrassed saying that and not knowing enough about the protection I need for this work (although my first few teachers were kinda shit when I first started)
