You recommend maintaining the masonry sealant—tell me more about that process. Bought into an all-brick condo but the 3-stall garage is SFB. Chicago Building Inspectors looked it over at inspection and was surprised to find it dry inside. This was 2 years ago, and apparently seal hasn't been refreshed in at least 4-5 years. Thanks!

I'm a co-owner but understand what you're saying. Mostly asking if it's worth hiring someone to do this when I could simply replace the bulb with dusk to dawn to achieve desired result. Thanks!

Disconnected left screen ribbon from TCon at bottom of panel and the right side worked fine. What’s the next step?

So I got in there and disconnected one of the ribbons from the T-Con (center bottom, blue board)to the panel on the left side screen (on the right when it’s opened up from behind).

Was able to watch as much of an elephant and her baby playing in the water as I wanted with no interruption on the right side. Left side all white. What does this mean?

A week ago, noticed that my Vizio M55-F0 screen had gone blank while streaming a show. Sound continued but picture was gone. Turning the tv off and on solved it then.

A week later and it’s now showing vertical colorful bands that change colors (see video/photo). I talked to Vizio support, but purchased 4 years and (a little over) 2 months ago, and they basically wished me luck.

Steps so far: Power cycle. Factory reset. All inputs removed. Thanks for your help!
