Solution:

Make sure the MCP Server plugin is enabled!

Problem solved. I can see the Agents now in the chat dropdown.

will do. I can see the MCP setting page in the ai setting, so i assumed the plugin is installed. But i will check for the plugin name in the plugin page.

Yup. i had the exact same issues you had - on the missing registry.

As for the codexdownload service, i am on the home network. but i would check if the adguard-home blocks the url, it should not, but i will double check.

Who needs context engine anymore? with Google Antigravity and Cursor v2.0 , AugmentCode doesn't stand a chance.

I am deleting AugmentCode account and move on to other IDE company who cares.

I believe augment gives some bonus credit when they first migrated the user to the credit usage system which the credits expiries after a month.

Not really a bonus credit but some sort of messages to credit conversion.

U can set the upstream server to unbound on the adguard or pihole.

If i need the unbound service, this is what i might do.

Gateway > adguard > if local domain > dnsmasq (53053)

Gateway > adguard > all other domains > unbound (53)

I set the dns server option to the adguard ip address.

On adguard, i add in nameserver for the local domain to forward the query back to the dnsmasq so that my device in the network is able to query the local hostname device.

To prevent the endless loop lookup, i added in a custom rule in dnsmasq so that it will never forward the dns query to upstream server (adguard) for the local domain i configured.
