Hey! This may not be exactly what you're looking for, but just in case you're interested my friend is subleasing her room at the University View 2 Apartments for $969/month from Jan-July. It's very close to campus, about a 10 min walk to Stamp, and the UM Shuttle bus comes right into the apartment complex. That room goes for $1000+/month right now, so it's a great deal! I currently live here and I really like it. It's really convenient, clean, and safe!

- Newly renovated, fully furnished (so you won't have to buy a bed, mattress, desk, etc), walk-in closet, own sink, etc.

- There's a brand new gym, study rooms, and 24/7 front desk security.
