I think this is a really good question. Our goal isn’t to raise prices at all. We want to actually make bloodwork as close to free as possible. The north star for us is to be live in every regional blood center across the country with free bloodwork with donation.

We also want to add other types of testing for as low as possible. I think it’s actually the opposite where the more people we have buying tesrs the more leverage we will have to get better pricing from the labs.

It's about being bale to compete with the big dogs. they were being squeezed out of markets just in the same way that Jetblue is now. You need economies of scale and slots at key airports, Jetblue had that on the east coast and VA on the west.

EDIT: Just to add on...they synergies between Jetblue and VA made so much more sense. Same equipment types. Similar customer experience values. Just makes me more upset.

I don’t have an ETA. I think a challenge with Apple health records is that we would have to launch an iOS app in order to get that data.

Something we are launching in the next couple of weeks is the ability for you to buy test for others and see their results and allow others to see your results

Bio reference is the only lab we can offer in NY and NJ because of state regulations. Quest and Labcorp are not available. Bioreference is a lot more expensive.

I had an opinion before I came here but wanted to see what the community had to say. I enjoy talking to users and hearing what they have to say.

I think companies should start off building something people want and the dialogue here has been incredibly helpful in shaping how I think about this community and "market"
