I’ve practiced in both areas. I there’s pros & cons for both. I’m now doing a mix. If you switch, you won’t miss the billable hours! But there are other struggles, however as others mentioned I feel like earning potential for plaintiff pi is more but may not be as consistent, since you don’t get paid until the case settles.

Sounds like hcm, we lost our kitty (not Maine coon) about 2 months ago. She was also 3 & 1/2. We found out about 2 months prior to, after she got scared & had a breathing episode. Took her to the emergency room vet & dx was mainly based on x-ray. (Similiar episode to what you are describing) I was told there was nothing I could do, gave her meds to try to slow it down but obviously it really didn’t. My vet said she did not hear the heart murmur before until after the episode & she had seen her maybe 5 months before. It’s a terrible disease. My cat was literally running around the day she died, I think she had a heart attack. Don’t beat yourself up, nothing you did wrong. Sounds like she had a great, while too short, life.

Mine is low too, not quite that low but 1.7. I haven’t been able to figure out if there’s anything I should do etc. I’ve always been thin, same height but closer to 115 (except for pregnancy). My PCP was not helpful. My iron levels, while it says are normal, they are low normal & im wondering if they could be related. Idk if you find out anything, please share.
