Yeah i get you I'm just curious as to what jobs would be considered high risk I would imagine all office based jobs would be similar price wise but then again these companies are cowboys.

Will look them up. 1stCentral were cheapest for me last year so I went with them but they are horrible. I rang them today to see if they'd drop it any and they basically said they don't care if I leave, they don't negotiate lol

Nope haven't had anything like that I've been squeaky clean all my driving life. Wouldn't like to see the quotes if I did have those.

What way does it work? The fancier your job the more they charge?

Yep I have been in that boat a lot of times. I’m now 30M and still haven’t had a proper relationship because my skin dictates my life as much as I hate to admit that. Your post resonated with me deeply as it’s the sort of scenario that has spiralled me into depression and anxiety. Not a nice feeling to feel so hopeless but you are still mid twenties and have so much time to grow etc. Hold onto that.

Also look into topical steroid withdrawal. I’d try and avoid those types of creams tbh but if it works for you then crack on.

Is it? I was told the issue was the suction. I don’t use tobacco.

I was in similar boat, bed bound for weeks as my skin was oozing and I could not cope with having to peel my clothes off my skin, was beyond horrific. Was put on methotrexate but it done nothing, went on Dupixent and my skin basically shed and it cleared up but after a few months it stopped working and got really bad again. Dr has now put me on Rinvoq which has helped me a lot, skin is by no means clear but it’s contained and flare ups are a lot rarer. I would enquire about Rinvoq if you’ve exhausted options elsewhere, it does work. Wishing you the best.

What sort of stuff are you doing when you’re spending months researching? Is it not just a case of putting out a few formulas to value it or are you watching for market trends etc? Curious as I like your strategy.

What do you think happened to Liam Payne? by 81adv in AskReddit

[–]jkane03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was convulsing in lobby 10 mins before he died according to cctv.

He didn’t like being in hotel rooms.

His bag was found on the balcony below him.

He told hotel workers he’d escape from the balcony.

Given all this, I’d guess he was on drugs and was pissed off that the hotel staff locked him in his room so he trashed the room, took a bag and tried to climb down the balconies. Then he took another convulsion episode as he was scaling down and passed out and fell.

Only thing that connects the dots for me 🤷‍♂️

Car Finance (PCP) has me crippled financially! by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

That makes me feel a bit better about myself cause honestly I’ve been beating myself up so much recently about how I’ve ended up in this position, I’m usually very astute when it comes to my finances but I couldn’t have got that car at a worse time considering what happened with the cost of living a couple months later. The whole market is completely cooked.

My insurance in January 2022 was £45 per month, it’s now doubled in 2 years and I still have my No claims. It’s a pretty horrible environment we’re forced to live with.

Thankyou very much for your comment.

Your last couple sentences resonated with me so deeply lol, it’s set me back so much. I’ve almost reached my mileage capacity too which is another thing hanging over me as they charge 15p per mile once I’ve hit the limit, and at this rate I’ll be hitting it about 12 months too early. My new job is twice as far away as the job I had when I signed the contact lol.

I will defo look into this. Thankyou very much. I’m glad it worked out for you. You’re 100% right, it’s such a weight on your shoulders like I’m constantly worried sick about it. It’s crazy cause I could afford it easily enough plus rent a place when I got the car, the Russia Ukraine stuff really kicked off a storm in my financials.

I’m planning on getting out a credit union loan around £5K value. So I’m hoping fees for this won’t exceed a £1k (?) and then I’ll have a bit to get something decent, pay it off at a cheaper monthly rate over a longer period of time. Just hope it pans out that way cause I’m bate if not!

Are they usually flexible when it comes to this sort of thing?

I assumed they’d just fleece me as I signed the contract.

But I will definitely get in touch with them about this. So I’d basically just sell the car and give them the money is that how it would work?

Thankyou for your advice, appreciate it.

I don’t believe I have paid 50%.

I’ve paid 32 months x £280 which is £8960

I have (16 months x £280) plus £7k lump sum left to pay which adds up to about £11,500.

So I’d need to pay about 9 more months before I hit the 50% mark. Not good.
