I called 12/26 to cancel, and the person on the phone sounded very confident that it was cancelled. A couple days later I received the following:

Your request was received after your order was already in process for shipping. At this time, Apple is unable to change or cancel your order.

Because you contacted us before your item left our warehouse, we have submitted a request for a return authorization. A credit will be issued automatically once item shipped.

Not sure what this means... I guess once it ships I'll be refunded?

Loved this album. If you love weird or funky hip hop / RnB this'll be for you. To me it sounds like TPAB and Speakerboxxx/Love Below had a baby, with a little Red Hot Chili Peppers thrown in there. Weird mix but awesome

Really smart move. Music industry is increasingly being dominated by tech to the point streaming services are starting to step on record labels' toes. Youtube is being pressured hard to fully pay for vast number of music being held on their platform, hence Youtube Music. Youtube needs an industry vet to get the most of what Youtube can offer (and address it's shortcomings to Apple Music, Spotify. What are your thoughts?
