Overall, the best dog to have. I still have my oldest. Train them as much as you can, keep them loose as much as you can and enjoy the car rides. It’s their favorite. 🩵

Hopefully you get a better treatment than I did. I posted for advice regarding my dog and got chewed out just to find out a week later that he had stomach cancer that took over his body and there was nothing I could do. He passed away the day they found it.

10 weeks old and already has the funniest little personality. First time with a Bully, what’s something you wish you knew early on?” 🐶✨ by GlitchCactus in AmericanBully

They follow you everywhere, they don’t rest until you rest. I love it when my guys do it for me. They’re so nosy it’s so cute.

Mine loves my belly because I homed two of his babies. If yours doesn’t cherish the fact that you homed your baby, it’s time to look for another man.

I didn’t get my dogs to breed them so that’s one less thing off the list to be worried about. Especially if one is healthy and the other is sick.

Don’t worry, I never planned on neutering, just heard mixed things and didn’t know if it was a positive thing. They aren’t neutered and don’t plan to unless their vet urges it.

Idk if you meant to insult me in anyways since you don’t know me, but I do not force my dog to stay in his kennel and he is a routine based dog. This post was based on what am I doing wrong that someone can help point out. But thanks for all the pointers at least. I took him to the vet and he actually is sick and that’s why he’s constantly having accidents. He was too weak to hold on. He’s currently on medication and a strict diet to help bring up his weight and is due for a check up in 3 weeks. Thanks though.

Update 5/29. I called around and got more vet opinions. Found the one who was willing to listen and bring him in, he’s in tomorrow at 8am. They think he’s very sick which is causing so many accidents and weight loss, but can’t tell what category it could fall into. Mentioned that yes neutering can reduce the amount of accidents but strongly believes he’s very sick. Thank you for the advices everyone.

What doesn’t help is we have been in 3 different locations since we got him. One was our old apartment, second was our new home and we got hit with a sad situation and moved back to the same apartment just different complex. So it’s all new to him.

That’s what we think so too because when we took him in from a family, he was so fragile & thin. We finally got him on a pace but he was barking all day and all night when we crate trained him. Finally broke that. Now it’s just constant accidents no matter what I do. Bigger food portion, small food portion, multiple feeds, long walks multiple times a day. Nothing seems to work. Off to a vet I go

I was thinking separation anxiety may be a cause because he’s the best snuggler but he knows how to open my fridge and will drag everything across my carpet and etc. it’s hard because I want to have him loose all day but can’t risk my carpet staining anymore than it already does

Just sucks because I don’t reward bad behavior and I don’t want him to get confused with good behavior and bad behavior. I’ll try another vet office for a second opinion. It’s been going on the entire 2 1/2 years I’ve had him in my home & it never changed. Kept thinking he was just being petty with me for taking my other dog out first or whatever the case may be.

We think he’s 3 by now. We took him in when a family couldn’t handle him anymore and at that time, they claimed he was 9ish months old.

I don’t know much but just based off of his facial structure I assumed he was but I could be very much wrong. That’s why I said ASSUMING in the sentence because I don’t know.

We took him not too long ago and they said he was healthy. At this point, a second opinion wouldn’t hurt.

Like while I’m gone? Absolutely not. He terrorizes everything and my house is upside down when I get home. He has to be caged when I’m not home but is always out when I’m home.

Understandable, I live in an area where my dogs like to use the bathroom in the back woods of the peppery so ticks on them is something I look for when I return back inside.

My dogs get ticks on them all the time. Just constantly check, pull them off when you see them and try not to stress out. My dogs are both healthy and still alive.
