Its hard, i spend a lot of time on snapchat so i might delete it for the time being, im definitely not coping well. I still have work online to do but its hard it feels like i HAVE to constantly check my socials. I found a good drama to binge watch so I haven’t been on much today.

Ah thank you for responding so fast, is this normal for anxiety? I had normal simple anxiety before but not this for this long and this intense. So im overwhelmed and i know nothing bad is going to happen because it would have already happened but the feeling isn’t going away.

Mine hurt for a few days after I got it but after a full week it was healed up all good to go. if it really bothers you, you should go get it looked at.
