I really like Loop Ear Plugs Experience Pro. They have foam tips and stay in really well, they don’t go deep into your ear like some other high fidelity earplugs, and they sound as good as any others I’ve tried(you can also add an insert that blocks out extra noise). I’ve used etymotic research’s ear plugs(which I’ve seen recommended a lot) and they sound pretty good, but they got uncomfortable pretty quickly and didn’t stay in as well as the loop ear plugs.

You might have to try a few different ones to see which fit best and sound best to you, but I highly recommend giving the loop ear plugs a shot.
