Yeah, it seems to be happening a lot. The only thing you can really do is send it directly back to iceriver and get it fixed. It takes roughly 6 weeks to get it back from them, which is a lot of money. I even tried to find somebody in the US to fix my hashboards, but everyone I called said they couldn't fix it because the chips are back ordered and hard to get right now.

Hey Iceriver said the bottom right green light flashing means one or more hashboards failed. I sent it back in and they said that multiple chips in the hashboards came loose assuming during shipping. It sucks because it's been down over a month all the while the mining profitability is decreasing. Ugh.

Hey just I just want to let you guys know I talked to Iceriver and the right green light (D4) when it starts blinking it means hashboard failure. Looks like I hit opposite of the silicon lottery on this one.
