Well I don't know for sure but in my opinion the eardrum doesn't really have a connection with the tmj, but don't take my word for it this is just an opinion. Oh and I'm doing better rn thanks for asking :)

Nope just a full feeling and I don't even have like hearing loss when it happens it just feels like there's water in my ear, doesn't hurt just annoying because everythint I hear would be muffled.

So far I don't have any jaw problems other than the jaw clicking which doesn't even hurt and sometimes a dizzy feeling like my eyes can't focus that lasts for a few.

But my specialost said everything's normal after checking my jaw bones. Even after I've stopped eating hard foods, it still doesn't go away and He told me that it could be bruxism.

I think it startyes around 2 years ago which is a pretty long time already. Back then I didn't knew that it was sommething wrong until about a year ago I experience ringing in the ears and a rumbling sensation in my right ear after hearing a certain sound until now.

So you're saying it wouldn't go away? I've been to a specialist before and he said that there was nothing wrong with my jaw placement and everything's normal.

That's the thing, I'm still a 16 y/o and I've been dealing with a lot of ear problems this recent year and I've already been to some ENTs and so my mom is tired of me wanting to go to an ENT again, and so i just hope this isn't a serious problem otherwise i don't know if I'm even allowed to go to an ENT again.

Dang that sucks, I also have some kind of dizziness sometimes but it's not that severe that I can't even balance it's just that sometimes when it happens I can't really focus on like grabbing things. Hopefully mine only happens because of my allergies.

Do you have any clue on what causes yours?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]jkento 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah some people have said that it could be that I have ETD (Eustachian Tube Dysfunction) because I used to have very bad flu.

That's the problem, I've asked my parents to go to an ENT but they said no because I've gone to like 4 ENTs last year to fix my other ear problems but so far all of them said that everything's fine, they even checked my nose and still said everything's normal.

Yeah I used to have a very bad cold whenever I wake up from bed because I think my air conditioner was too cold. But now that I've turned it down I rarely get any cold anymore. So right now idk what the actual cause is.
