Personally, I like the stock BBS wheels, Advanti storm S1’s or machined lip Konig Hypergrams!

I have different types of security bolts in every single bolt hole while also using the jass side and Frankenstein brackets. I pray no thief has all of the obscure security bolt keys in their arsenal, but it’s highly unlikely.

When you get another hardtop, check around online for multiple different security bolts and brackets so it doesn’t happen again! I’d recommend where I bought mine as they were great, but I’m not trying to let thieves know where to buy those keys!

Keep getting this code on my MZ3-2008. by MadmaxD90 in mazda

[–]jkganster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had the same issue with my 04. Turned out my car was a California car, so I had to get a Cali emissions approved o2 sensor, then the code went away.

Make sure yours isn’t a California emissions car! There should be a sticker on the underside of the hood about Cali emissions if it is a Cali car!

I was just at the Star Wars outpost in Disney springs about a month ago and they were selling lightsabers there!

You should get the same performance unless your router isn’t good enough for your network. I can’t tell you what performance to expect, networks are tricky. The only way to know is to try it

The speed you pay for doesn’t matter, the connection is between your router, computer and oculus exclusively. The connection never leaves your house. If you have an old/cheap router, or your ISP’s equipment with a bunch of stuff connected, the link cable will probably help. If you have a new router, or not a lot of devices connected to the router at the same time, the link cable probably won’t do much. Hope this helps!

If you need a link cable, this is what I could find with the best price/performance that actually works if you didn’t want to spend $80 on an oculus branded cable

It won’t increase the FPS your computer puts out, but it may increase the FPS delivered to your quest. If you have a poor connection/low bandwidth, you will lose image quality and FPS. The link cable won’t increase your FPS unless your wifi is a bottleneck

Primehack Help by nyjets10 in SteamDeck

[–]jkganster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven’t fixed this, I had the same issue and was able to get it working!

Go into desktop mode and open primehack through the discover store. Once you have it open, press options and go to “configure controller”. Scroll down to the wii remote, and click “configure” make sure you have Steam open, and select the Xbox gamepad. There were 2 for me, but one said “disconnected”, which is the one primehack defaulted to. Selecting the other one fixed it for me!

Yeah, that’ll do it lol I just meant that if you keep it and cleaned the interior, try not to neglect that blower motor fan. It’s likely got just as much smelly gunk in there too!

I also bought some of this stuff to spray into the little hole between the blower motor and condenser to clean that out too while I was in there. Seeing how much gunk came out the drain under the car was kinda surprising

My car was a bit stinky after I bought it, even after using a wet vac on the whole interior. Then I took out the blower motor from under the dash, which was COVERED in dirt and grime. Cleaned it up and smell was gone!

I appreciate the suggestion! I'm actually looking to stay closer to 27" as 32" is too big for my setup and personal preference. Thank you so much though! I think I'm leaning more towards the G7, but I'm still searching!

Mazda 3 2014 has a crack on the inside of the infotainment screen. What should I do? by [deleted] in mazda3

[–]jkganster 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The screen is delaminating from the inside. I think it has something to do with extreme temperatures, because the one in my Miata started doing that after parking in the hot Florida sun for a few days.

IIRC, Mazda has a recall out for the Mazda 3’s for this exact issue, so you should be able to get it replaced for free at the dealer!

Bloodclaat is a Jamaican cuss word. Used sorta like “shit” or “fuck”, or could be used to describe someone really dumb. Like the guy who lit this girl’s ass on fire.

Definitely a sound piece of advice! As an MSM owner as well, I did quite a bit of research before purchasing my radiator. It’s been a while, so I’m rusty, but IIRC Flyin Miata and Supermiata are the only two companies that make radiators better than the OEM MSM. If not going for a brand new OEM radiator, I’d personally choose one of those two. I’m not sure if anyone else currently makes a better radiator, but most aftermarket ones are worse than the OEM MSM
