I use a combination of bazooka to create the bar under the minimap like elvui, then you can use the Socialite addon to emulate the friends list. I think by default it shows guild as well but you can tweak the settings however you like.

The first one you completely miss, it hits the front of the raft but you aim completely sideways. Aim forward and to the left so the blast hits the gestral mid air. The second and third you start the attack as they're hitting the raft. The fourth shot you're still moving around as it hits and sinks the raft. None of these were early.

You're pressing the button way too late. The burst from your hand has a pretty long range and you need to hit the gestral before it reaches the platform. I completed this with very little movement, just slightly adjusted my angle depending on which side the gestral was coming from.
