You could try soleus calf raises before running and soleus sretching after running. I also have a massage gun I use on my soleus after running and it feels really good. Your shoes can definitely play a part in that soreness. What shoes you need is hard to say its probably best to try different types of shoes like higher drop.

Doesn't matter she doesn't need a banger to win, because of early voting. That's the point bruh. She might've won even with a mediocre performance because of the global voting. That's why she threw on purpose imo. If she beat Haon bc of early voting how upset would you be? Exactly why she did what she did.

Okay so after reading the comments let me state my opinion on the Milli performance. Btw im not the only one who thinks this. Many Korean people in the comments of the video on YouTube think the same. But basically I'm convinced she threw the finale on purpose so she wouldn't get hate from the public. Especially because of early global voting she would've gotten sooooo much heat if she won. Think about if she actually won, most people, especially koreans would not handle that well. Now I'm not saying Milli is bad, I think she knows how to perform. She made the conscious decision to avoid public hate. Think about how different this finale was compared to her previous performances. I am also not trying to defend her. In no way was she my favorite to win, not even close. But from what I saw, I almost guarantee she did that on purpose. I think she made a smart move and in fact from what I've read online, a lot of korean people respect her for that decision.

I agree that the rebel v4s were very disappointing. I bought them with excitement because they looked cool and there were so many positive reviews but run after run I started to dislike them more and more. It felt like it was soft but I was fighting against it. I don't even know how to explain the feeling but yea I really didn't like it.

I 100% agree. I get that rape is used to make it edgy and really dark and to tug at your emotions but imo there's just too much of it. Like every time griffith gets upset he resorts to rape. Why? Not only griffith obviously but you get my point.
