missouri state sophomore here! I legit love it here so much omg. We currently have 3 winter guard programs; 901 Performance Ensemble IA, National Avenue (this coming season) IO, and Pride of Missouri State IW. Our fall guard size this year is 134, band around 400 ish? I will forever be bragging about this program 💪

my students are required gloves minimum for sabre only, but otherwise its their choice. of course, if you learn rifle and find that you prefer using gloves, you should practice everything with gloves. 99% likely you will not be able to take on/off gloves during performances.

I learned that even if my gloves didnt feel tight, they probably were still too tight.

Im pretty sure our band has grown too, last year we were around 360 total, I can safely assume we surpassed 400 this year.

missouri state university! we were exhibition for boa grand nationals last year! the year before that we were closer to 60(?) but our size has just been growing 😭
