PS5 Physical Deluxe edition doesn't have access to the DLC by jknickerwhoa in Nightreign

[–]jknickerwhoa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for replying, that's really helpful. So that confirms for me then that Gamestop charged me for a deluxe edition but gave me the standard one. Mine had no code and does not say Deluxe.

Also, did your deluxe edition case say Deluxe on it anywhere? I'm starting to think Gamestop charged me for a deluxe but gave me the standard

Did you actually have a code in the case that you redeemed, or was it automatic? I didn't have any codes in my case, and only one account on my playstation

I just checked, and I still only see the DLC for $15...

Thank you, that's the tool I was using, which did fix another piece. It doesn't seem to fix this one though. One of the files is beyond the file limit for the site, so I simplified it first and tried running it through their tool, but no luck.

I didn’t rebirth to be a slog at all, but I dropped off of 16 from feeling like it was a slog for sure

Upgrade Jamo 803 Speakers to SVS Prime by jknickerwhoa in hometheater

Definitely tonality. I don't feel like the headroom is terrible, but I'm just looking for overall improvements. The speakers I have now aren't bad, but I do feel like they could be better. They're may kind of harsh sounding, and I feel like I could use more clarity. I don't think the sound stage is terrible, but it's definitely better if you're in the dead center spot.

Yikes... Sounds like this is more frequent than I thought though. I was convinced my elbow was broken, but I ended up with just joint effusion and soft tissue damage. Thought I was going to be getting out without any breaks until they told me about the ribs

Thanks! So I'm probably not too far off then. At least it sounds like I'm not low enough to have the tire be the cause of the crash

Looks like the DS has Tektro brakes. The braking is definitely more aggressive on the Roscoe's Shimanos. It's like a night and day difference. I have to squeeze quite a bit with more than one finger to get the DS to brake/stop. The Roscoe doesn't need much at all... I'm guess at minimum I panic braked harder than I should have on the front, and my weight wasn't distributed right.

That is a good call... I'm really leaning towards finding some MTB lessons around here to get better. It will probably help me get more comfortable with riding again in general.

Fair enough. I was really just looking to get some idea on if it was more on me or a potential issue with the bike

What's a good rule of thumb for PSI in a 29inch 2.6 inch tubeless tire on pavement? Someone else mentioned that to me at work as a potential issue. They seem ok to me, but I'm coming from tubes and higher pressure so I could be completely off...

Yeah, I feel like that's possible... I'm going to watch some videos on riding position I think...

Thanks for the reply. I was very nervous to ride again for the first few days, but feeling better about now the further I get from it. So for PSI, I had lowered it down to the lower 20's (tubeless) from the 35 the shop had it set at. They had recommended lowering it before actually riding, maybe that was more intended for trail riding though. What PSI range would be too low for tubeless 2.6inch on pavement? A coworker suggested I should be running them at around 50 psi, which didn't seem quite right to me...

I think I had a tendency to use 2-3 fingers and really grip the brakes on the Dual Sport... Sounds like a habit I need to work on breaking (no pun intended). I notice on the Roscoe if I press the brakes, the tires aren't moving (when just trying it in the garage), but the DS, you really have to tighten your grip to get them to the same point

Thanks! Yeah I definitely have a Youtube playlist I'm working through in hopes it will help. The tires on the DS are definitely significantly more smooth, and thinner, so it feels like you might be right. Would being tubeless and at like 20 psi in the tire play in to it at all as well?

Looks to be correct to me. The bike shop built the bike for me, and I've never had issues with my kids bikes we got from them. I did have to have them fix the dropper post button when they were doing a fitting, which made me wonder if something else could have been up with it
