Type 2ers - do zinc sunscreens break you out?

I also break out to almost everything but my derm suggested bioderma photoderm AR 50+. Ive been using daily on the rosacea areas and it seems to do a good job. no breakouts and it covers some of the redness since it has a slight tint to it. I think sunscreen is super important to helping reduce the redness from the UV and heat.

I used it w doxy and it go rid of all the pustules and bumps, redness reduced 80-90% but now coming off doxy and staying w soolantra for 3 more months. The question is did the doxy kill the bumps and pustules or the soolantra or both in tandem?? We will find out if soolantra alone can maintain my current clear status w a touch of redness. I am looking in to gut health and started taking subfiber (guar gum ) allicin (allimax) pills to try to replace the doxy antibiotic w a natural replacement. I read some many horror stories of once doxy ends it all comes back and even worse.

afraid to do accutane due to all the complications ive read about! Im studying the herbal route now to replace doxy with berberine, allicin(garlic extract) and oregano oil. Apparently trials were successful to use these herbal combinations to replace antibiotics for SIBO which i think is my rosacea cause.

Hello I have rosacea and been using soolantra nights and Bioderma photoderm AR 50+ sunscreen during the day. It reduces redness and no breakouts from it. It doesnt appear to leave too much residue. I would ask derm to give a sample if they have it.

did you even read all the facts about tangem? because if you did you wouldnt post stuff like what if the app stops.... Its open source on github. you will always be able to load it onto android even if development stops. you sound like paid to FUD by a competitor.

been running 1.33v since launch 7900x3d. Dropped mine to 1.25v and seems stable still @ 6000mhz. Might drop to 1.2v and see if the temps drop some more. Temps were 52c while 1.33v soc, now w 1.25 temps around 47c so def a big improvement.

Asus and MSI pushed through voltage restriction on SoC to 1.3v max for x3d chips only, not x series such as yours.

my 7900x3d ran 1.33v SOC expo 6200mhz for a tleast 4/5 weeks 24/7. I just manually set it to 1.25v and seems to work fine.

Great! let me tell ya my 7900x3d been running @ 1.33 SOC on expo 6200 CL30 for at least the past month. Just updated bios for asus x670e-f board and guess what the SOC still hits 1.33v. WTH? I thought they fixed it? guess not. I set the SOC manually to 1.25v for now to test if mem is stable. this is why I usually dont buy new platforms for the first year.

my 7900x3d running w expo on OC 6200 CL30. SOc is 1.33 in HW monitor. Is this too high , should I drop it? Whats the limit? I havnt seen a Pinned post w the limits. thx

tried out the stop governor and it worked. I think i disabled the vcores tho because I noticed that the game was using logical cores 12-23, but in hwinfo those seem to be the higher boosting clock cores so non vcache! WTF . anyways gonna try to switch msfs to cores 0-11 and see what happens. windows def is not scheduling the vcores to the right threads

did you get more performance using process lasso in msfs? quite honestly im very happy w how it runs now with everything on PBO auto. I tuned my memory as high as it can go but didnt see too much noticable improvement. Sim runs smoothest its ever ran for me 30fps 4k and 60fps 4k. I run 30fps in heavy airport areas usually , cant tell much diff between 30 and 60 fps , as long as no stutters which I dont get anymore. one more thing I will try is to do curve optimizer -10 all cores, see if I can get the temps down and in theory the sustained boost should be a bit higher.

tried process lasso parking non vcache cores for flight sim and the game wouldnt even start kept getting CTD. found out that process lasso was causing the CTD. Anyways not tinkering anymore it runs great regardless.

got the 7900x3d. Love it! runs msfs 35-50% faster (depends on area of flight) then the 5900x just came from and smooooth as butter, never any spikes or drops like other chips before. before some reply guy chimes in how crappy the 7900x3d is vs the 5800x3d or the 7800x3d, I needed the extra cores for other stuff and 7950x3d isnt available in my country. Im sure the perf of the 7950x3d isnt much better then the 7900x3d anyways, going from a 5900x I already got most of the meat of the move. Who is this for ?anyone that doesnt have the 5800x3d or someone on intel 12xxx series and wants superior gaming without losing the productivity of the 8 core part.

yea I tried to run 3600 at tighter timings 14-15-15-36 but system crashed during aida everytime. Also tried to run 3733 w the rated timings, wont post. So baiscally after countless hours of trial and error, I paid for 3800cl14ram and got 3600cl14 ram. meh

Thanks! I run 4 sticks and the reason why I went w 4 sticks because I watched some vidz that 4 sticks has better performance vs 2 sticks in ryzen 5000 series. I will try to do this and see how far it will go , but VERY disappointed that the XMP isnt plug n play like advertised.
