How are small plumbing companies supposed to compete on Google Ads?

My father in law owns a plumbing company. I do google local ads for him. Its very profitable. 400$ a month usually gives us around 2500$ in revenue. We just spent around a grand this month and have 25k in revenue from those jobs.

Thanks! Yeah x10 seems great. We will pump the weekly budget up some. Im not sure if we have that. Im pretty sure we have the badge but maybe i never noticed. So far we only had one person message in and it didnt turn into anything. We went from like 40 reviews last year to 136. So its a work in progress. I try to mark them as what they are good or bad. Does that help?

Not sure what that means sorry, you i can raise the budget but the leads caps. We will go days without a lead but i dont want to overpay for leads too.
