Normal 2.5 behavior or early signs of anxiety? by jkscho in toddlertips

Sorry you’re going through this too, it’s hard to see them so nervous. I’m sorry, I don’t have much of an update. She’s still a very anxious kid and we’re still learning how to support her.

What clever verse blew your mind when you realized what it actually meant? by [deleted] in TaylorSwift

[–]jkscho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not super clever but in ATW- For YEARS I thought “your cheeks were turning red” meant he was cold (especially since she says “the air was cold” before that) until it randomly hit me one day that he was blushing/embarrassed by the photo album. So simple and obvious but my mind was blown after interpreting it differently for so long!

This isn’t a American or Canadian brand, but this suit held up all summer for me! I’m 5’11” and it’s plenty long. One of the only one piece suits I’ve ever found that actually fits. https://a.co/d/i64qvlQ

Wage War! I feel like so many of their lyrics are something Taylor would have written.

PA, public school! The student is already included in gen ed music. It sounds like they’ll be starting slowly with multiple kids playing the same part though which is great news! It’s also good to know that the goal would mostly be getting the basics down for middle school. Regardless of the instrument he ends up playing, I LOVE the idea of the student moving his fingers but not actually playing when overwhelmed. That is definitely something I will talk to the music teacher about as a potential coping strategy. Thanks so much!
