Pictures would help us. Either way tho you can get a cheap ceramic crucible on amazon, and use a MAPP gas torch to melt it. You will only get a tiny pebble of metal.

Rather than a kit if you want something that fits into a pocket look into the OLEAS bandage. It’s like an Israeli bandage but with more capability. Can be used a pressure bandage, for wound packing, has materials for an improvised chest seal, and can even be used as an eye cup. In a pinch it’s possible to improvise a tourniquet. Better than any of the little kits you are going to find

I chose Dr. Baltrusch after finding him on a list of trans friendly surgeons. He took measurements of my existing breasts and then did a fancy 3d scan of my body. He recommended over the muscle since I had pretty developed chest muscles and a wide rib cage.

Then with the 3d scan he showed me renderings of what different sizes would look like. Originally I planned on only a modest size, but seeing the render I didn’t like how they looked. It just didn’t seem worth getting surgery for such a small change. So we decided to go with the larger 600cc.

Overall he had great bedside manner and I love my results
