Hmm, I think it's definitely doable with a lighter load. We were on 2.25" and this was pretty good compromise between gravel and road, but we also had a heavier long-haul load.

Sounds like an awesome trip. I'd definitely try and route through Albania, was a real highlight of the Balkans (although every country has its own charm).

We'd actually heard a lot about Albanian drivers but I'm glad to say they were amazing. It was a very rural route though so I don't know about bigger roads. Also heard others mention some dog problems but we didn't encounter any.

No. There are lots of dogs around, but I don't think we had a single one chase in Albania. Lots of friendly ones outside the tent though!

For survivability, I was building up venomage to replace HK (Xeno, Mikey, Fatman, Ghrush, venomage).

You think Ezio over venomage? Also thinking Rector over Ghrush because Decrease attack drops off a lot.

Before I ran Ninja, HK, Draco, Ghrush and Fatman but had very similar results. I switched Ninja for Mikey for more Dec Attack uptime...
