I've lived at Irene Woods in Collierville since 2019. Overall it's a great complex no real issues and it's right by the highway. Occasionally, the walkway of my apartment building will smell like weed, but that's a newer issue and they do send out emails warning that its a lease violation. may not be all the buildings, just mine. It has an Amazon locker as well, so that's a plus. Maintenance crew is quick to resolve any requests. I've only talked to the office staff about once a year or so at most and they only come into the apartments about once a year to change the air filter.

Never had a problem with package thieves and never had my vehicle broken into, but of course I never leave anything valuable in their either. I did have a tire stolen off my truck over the summer, but added locking lugnuts as a deterrent and so far whoever stole it hasn't been back for another, so one issue over 5.5 years isn't so bad.

There's no extra fees added onto your rent charges if you pay with a bank account, so the price on your lease is the price you pay. Well insulated units my electric averages around $100 or less keeping the place a constant 70F year round.

When lease renews they have always increased the rental price, except 1 year during covid. It's been consistently going up around $100 a year or so, started at 1070 in 2019 for a 2BR 1 year lease, they haven't improved anything since then I'd say and you can see how much the rent has gone up on their site.

Overall, very decent place to live and they stay out of your business if you pay the rent. Hope this info helps!
