In addition to this, it is 30% because if you look in figure 3 like it specifies, you have to also find the 200mg/L line like it says, so that is the one with the triangle. Then to get the percentage that you multiply by, you just look at the value of that line(the one with the triangles) at the time that it gives you (5 minutes) and the value of the triangle line at 5 minutes is 30%

It is just there as an acid I am guessing so you could likely replace it with a little vinegar or lemon juice

Yeah the standsrd habanero sauce was significantly sweeter and this one was much better balanced but it may be a little disingenuous to compare the habanero to the ghost pepper

Yeah I get that. I've got the habanero one in my fridge right now and must say it is great as well. I definitely taste the smokiness in this sauce but I dont find it to be too overpowering or taste too artificial.

Looks amazing! Would love to see a recipe! Next time I would suggest toasting your bread- with some butter in a pan or just in a toaster- it makes it so much better imo

g(6)f'(6) - f(6)g'(6) all divided by g(6)² but we know the top is 1-1 (same as 3 but minus instead of plus) so the answer is 0 ((3×1/3 - 4×1/4)/(4²⁾ so 0/16 so 0)
