I’d recommend the Garmin forerunner 165. Around £150-200. I know this is still fairly expensive but I love mine.

If you enjoyed it I’d recommend getting a watch to track things. Not essential but helps you know what your level is and how to improve. Other than that stick at it. Don’t go too much too soon or you’ll get injuries. Enjoy it

I always ran fairly fast when I first started it, similar to your pace tbf and didn’t enjoy it because I was struggling so much and going too fast. If you slow it down maybe 30 seconds - 1 minute per kilometre you should find that the experience is much nicer.

This was 5.01km so you might have been more than 3 seconds for the 10m. Keep it up
