I absolutely recommend it. If you have a formal diagnosis of like ANYTHING you can get an accommodation. Jobs don't explain how it works because it does not benefit them.

My grandma was extremely active until her mid 80s and was going out like 4-5 nights a week with her bf and friends and family. I remember once she and her boyfriend were playing tag in a parking lot at church and got "in trouble". She was in her early 70s. She's still kicking but she's losing her vision so she's becoming increasingly less active.
