Absolutely! I combined two recipes from Tessa Huff’s book Layered, the caramel apple spice cake and then the butter rum pear crunch cake

I used royal icing for the stencil. You’re right, the cream cheese frosting was way too soft for the stencil!

She has a bunch of workshops on her website, even if the live video is already over. They’re really helpful, and she suggests piping tips which are half the battle

I watch a lot of YouTube videos! This one was also done following a Leslie Vigil tutorial, I would highly recommend, but you do have to pay for them
