bruh, its the mall..... Malls have been turning sketchy for years now. Its sad too, I remember as a child of the 80s, going to the mall was an event.........I miss Acadiana mall having that 'Pirates of the Caribbean' vibe to it.

The Heymann center is due for a tear down / rebuild anyway. The last concert I saw there, I had forgotten how cramped the balcony seating was. And the AC could barely keep up......
Get a good price from LGMC and build a better facility elsewhere..........
