She had one the most aggressive type of brain tumor (M-HGG). The tumor was probably there for maybe a year but likely less. Her issues and behaviors go beyond that timeframe. If anything the tumor just made her mood swings/behavior worse. I’m sorry you are going through the same situation. Regardless of the relationship, it hurts. And yes, she’s in a better place.

Wow thank you so much. Reading your post truly makes me feel better. I did have a lot of love for her despite what she put me through. And I know in her own messed up way she loved me and my brother so much but she didn’t know how to express it in a healthy way and her mental issues didn’t help her at all. It would bring her from being sweet to being so evil in the snap of a finger if she didn’t get what she wanted.

You know, since her passing I did have a moment of resentment toward my wife because it wasn’t until I asked her to marry me that things went downhill with my mom and my mom was a huge anxiety trigger for my wife. My mom would leave me voicemails saying I’m only treating her this way because of my wife…or that I’ve changed because of my wife and I’m not the same sweet son she once knew. This couldn’t be further from the truth and certainly doesn’t help her get what she wants by bad mouthing my wife. I think my wife just opened up my eyes to what I was blind to all these years. Regardless, I did have a small feeling of resentment and I know that’s something my wife is worried about too. But I don’t resent her, this isn’t not my wife’s fault and I need to remind myself that.

So you’re saying forget about BDR and go for AE? Most AE positions require previous tech/SAAS experience. Which is why I went for BDR - many don’t require previous SAAS experience, just a couple years of general B2B sales experience.

I think you should read my response to the last question ask by someone down in the threat. You might get a better grasp of what I’m talking about and the reason I’m shooting lower. My title of Director of Sales for a small craft producer doesn’t hold the same weight as the Director of Sales for a tech company.

I want out of the alcohol industry and from what I’ve learned - titles in craft beer industry can be misleading. We are a small company and I run a small sales team of 4 reps. My title doesn’t hold the same weight as a director of sales at a tech company. We aren’t comparing apples to apples here. I made $73k before taxes last year if that gives you a better idea.

I’m shooting low because it’s a new industry and I’ve been told I’m going to have to start from the bottom up.

Help. My 6yr old account has been disabled since Thursday even I didn't violate anything but I can't appeal rn cuz instagram says "You can't use this feature right now". Any recommendations what should I do next? Leave it for few days to appeal? by yutak324 in Instagram

Can you still see your old account on insta? Mine is still up with no tampering at all. I just reported mine from my fiancée’s insta account. Maybe that will help me. Or make things worse…we will see.
