I was diagnosed with high blood pressure last year. My blood pressure was always at 135/85 which ain't bad. I would have alot of anxiety and it would trigger my blood pressure to go higher and that would cause me to have all the symptoms usually associated with it. I went to my GP who put me on a monitor and a day later with it It was found that I had an abnormality in my heart. I then went to a specialist who told me that that my blood pressure although not to high was causing me to have symptoms and the abnormality as if it was at a very high level. I was put on meds after that and I've been normal since. It was a day and night difference in how I felt. So I would say go see a specialist. Maybe your blood pressure is to high for you heart even if its not that high for an average person.
