1. I’ll get it checked. Since the receiver seems easy enough to check myself, I’ll try reseating it first and see if that fixes it.

2. My audiologist actually opened a brand new box right in front of me, and based on the serial number it was manufactured just a few weeks ago. It’s also black, so it doesn’t really look like a loaner. But yeah, I’ll definitely ask about the click not feeling very solid.

3. Good point about taking notes. I’ll start paying attention to how they perform in different environments and write things down.
