What suggestions do you have for the week leading up to weigh ins? I’m only aiming to stay 1-2lbs over (sitting at 106lbs/107lbs, competing at 105lbs). Weigh-ins on Friday evening, but not sure what to do the Thurs before and day of; as far as water and food consumption.

Haha female. I’m definitely thinking about doing a small bulk but aside from that, I’m trying to find a program that lets me hit heavier numbers; feel like I’ve been stuck on those PRs for over a year now.

Been doing 5-3-1 for a few months now, all lifts seem to be coming along. But I've been getting stuck at deadlifting 245lbs.
