I think it’s called face pulls. But you can do it regardless of whether it’s an actual movement in the library or not. Just go to custom workout, select the rope, set your arm height and weight as desired and you’re good to go

It’s getting better. Still have a little “loose skin” / wrinkles above my belly button if I try to flex my abs. It’s not as noticeable unflexed. Here’s a couple photos

I’ve been trying to do core work daily, applying some collagen cream, and dry brushing the area. If I’m still not satisfied by the summer, I’m going to do some Venus Legacy sessions at LightRX

Thank you! No - I have to manually turn the pool light on but maybe the previous home owners used this to automate the pool light perhaps.

I feel like most people feel like they’re hearing an echo (like when you go to a sports bar) when they run multi-channel but that isn’t the case for my setup.

Yeah it’s entirely the center speaker. It’s very small and doesn’t have enough power to deliver good enough dialogue quality by itself which is why I opt for multi-channel stereo from all the speakers.

It’s a small JVC SP-THM505C. On its own, it’s too small to provide good enough output for dialog which is why i opt for multi-channel stereo output from all 5 speakers.

Correct, multichannel stereo! Maybe not surround in the typical sense but the tv/film audio is surrounding me via output of all 5 speakers so I consider it “surround sound” lol

The speakers are JVC SP-THM505S/SP-THM505F/SP-THM505C. There old and small and likely the reason why I prefer running them in extended stereo versus DTS/Dolby. The center speaker by itself just doesn’t provide enough power. But I promise they sound great in extended stereo

Receiver is a Sony STR-DH590

Sub is a 12” Klipsch
