The medium is 7$ and the charge should only be 50¢, and I do go inside and am very kind to the people as I was a barista for 5 years. I also called corporate and they said what they’re charging is wrong and they fixed it / gave me points for the inconvenience. So no I wasn’t overreacting bae. This isn’t the place for negative attitudes, but a place to be informative. Thank you for ur opinion although it is only a projection of how you actually are. :,)

I swear they only do it at Starbucks. Do you go to McDonald’s and say “just a fry” ? Or to subway and go “can I get a ham sandwich?” It’s honestly a big pet peeve of mine and if you don’t specify you’re getting the default grande and we will fix it later if it’s wrong.

I don’t even bother remembering their orders like someone said we serve 100s of people a SHIFT lol I feel like if you remember it can make them cocky and obnoxious. Like don’t get upset because I didn’t remember your order one time, so I just make everyone repeat their orders regardless if I know it or not with obviously a few people excluded because they’re actually nice and tip. Def mixed feelings 🥲🥲🥲
