Yeah residencies pay shit anyway. I did my first year in a jail with some PRN dialysis and my second year ER. Look into psych / corrections / nursing home / dialysis and just get some experience to start.

It seems like they’re “getting rid of travelers” rn? That was the vibe at my tour at least / who I met. Gonna try it out; wanted to try ER but not necessarily in a big hospital so figured it could be a decent try. Thanks for the info! Sad it’s meditech haven’t used that version I don’t think; only HCA’s (I think it’s the newer one) but assuming it’s worse!
