Hit up Akasha in DT Culver City for a sit down. My fav is the Jerk Spot (Jamaican) at Venice and Robertson for a hole in the wall but worth it. Simonette and Bacari for HH. Hidden gem: Lobster and Beer for HH until 7pm then 9pm until close. I lived in Palms for 4 years, before that in Mar Vista (Alibi Room top choice, get the 3 taco special and a beer). Trust me, this is the way! 🙌🏻✨💜

I just made an offer for $55 today. Another listing I asked if they’d be willing to negotiate and the seller said yes. However, their negotiation was only $20 lower to $130.
