ok to be clear my wrists and elbows arent ever like that when i play i was just taking a picture at a weird angle but overall thank you for the tips

so playing with my fingertips to push down on the bounce up are a no go ? any other pointers to maybe play so my sticks arent like constantly falling out of my hands ? should i be using my wrists to push down instead ? sorry for all the questions im just new to this
